Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the build-out and daily operations of the global compliance program, the full-time Compliance Analyst will translate regulatory requirements into clear documentation and structured workflows while working in a hybrid environment near Menlo Park, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain audit-ready compliance documentation and evidence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Analyze compliance data and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Track and manage compliance-related issues and commitments, ensuring timely resolution and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, risk, compliance, political science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in compliance, legal operations, risk, audit, or regulatory operations, preferably in a technology or AdTech environment
• Experience supporting compliance or audit readiness programs, including documentation review and issue management
• Strong program execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and track dependencies
• Familiarity with compliance tools and basic data skills for reporting and analysis
