Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a wide range of audit and compliance activities, the full-time Compliance Analyst will assist in operations and controls analysis, policy and procedure development, and risk assessments while working under the supervision of the Director, ISMS.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the Compliance mailbox and handle client requests related to information security management systems
• Prepare written responses to security and compliance inquiries and assist with Requests for Proposals
• Support internal and external audit activities by collecting records and coordinating with other departments

Required qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of information security best practices and audit frameworks (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2, NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO standards)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Windows-based applications
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• 5C/6C Public trust clearance will be required
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred; CISA or other security/compliance certification is a plus
