Job Summary
To ensure effective risk mitigation within Global Sanctions, the full-time Compliance Analyst will independently test controls, collaborate with business units, and support the development of reporting and control frameworks in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently test controls owned by Global Sanctions and verify risk mitigation strength
- Collaborate with Control Management teams to ensure effective first-line controls against Sanctions risk
- Support the development and oversight of reporting and key risk indicators related to Sanctions processes
Required qualifications
- Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
- Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) preferred
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment
