Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure effective risk mitigation within Global Sanctions, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage event resolution activities, provide subject matter expertise, and coordinate with various teams to uphold compliance standards in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the GFCC Issue Management team to support remediation activities for sanctions-related events
• Coordinate resolution activities for Global Sanctions-owned events and ensure first-line controls mitigate sanctions risk effectively
• Independently test controls and develop reporting to verify compliance with sanctions regulations

Required qualifications

• Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
• Project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-intensive environment
