Job Summary

To ensure effective risk mitigation within Global Sanctions, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage model validation requirements, oversee reporting for model compliance, and support control management teams while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Owner and Technology teams to validate models supporting Sanctions processes
  • Develop and oversee reporting to ensure compliance with model requirements and thresholds
  • Independently test controls owned by Global Sanctions and coordinate remediation activities for Sanctions-related events
Required qualifications
  • Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
  • Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Assessment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-intensive environment
