Job Summary
To ensure effective risk mitigation within Global Sanctions, the full-time Compliance Analyst will independently test controls, collaborate with business units, and develop reporting mechanisms while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently test controls owned by Global Sanctions to verify risk mitigation strength
- Collaborate with business unit Control Management teams to ensure effective first-line controls against Sanctions Risk
- Develop and oversee reporting to ensure compliance with model requirements and support remediation activities for Sanctions-related events
Required qualifications
- Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations and requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
- Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Assessment preferred
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional qualification preferred (e.g., Law Degree, Compliance/AML Diploma, CAMS Certification)
- Project management experience
