Job Summary

Partnering with the GFCC Issue Management team, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage remediation activities for sanctions-related events, ensuring effective risk mitigation and control within the Global Sanctions framework.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate resolution activities for all Global Sanctions-owned events and support first-line teams with subject matter expertise
  • Independently test controls owned by Global Sanctions and verify the strength of risk mitigation as a liaison to the Issue Management Supervisory Forum
  • Develop reporting to ensure compliance with model requirements and support the Risk Assessment team with subject matter expertise
Required qualifications
  • Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations and requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
  • Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Assessment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional qualification preferred (e.g., Law Degree, Compliance/AML Diploma, CAMS Certification)
  • Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams
