Job Summary
To ensure effective risk mitigation within Global Sanctions, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage model validation requirements, oversee reporting for model compliance, and support control activities across the enterprise while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owner and Technology teams to validate models supporting Sanctions processes
- Develop and oversee reporting to ensure compliance with model requirements and thresholds
- Independently test controls and support remediation activities for Sanctions-related events
Required qualifications
- Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
- Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) preferred
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
- Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment with minimal oversight
