Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting and enhancing the Company's Compliance Management Program, the remote Compliance Analyst will conduct compliance reviews, monitor regulatory adherence, and partner with various teams to mitigate compliance risks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing the Compliance Management Program, including policies, procedures, and controls
• Conduct compliance reviews of marketing materials, consumer content, and new products
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing activities to assess adherence to regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields
• Working knowledge of consumer protection regulations such as FCRA, UDAAP, and GLBA
• Experience reviewing consumer-facing communications and marketing materials
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and similar business tools
