Job Summary

To ensure compliance with regulatory standards, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will manage complaints, support UDAAP program management, and drive process improvements through AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and transform customer complaints into actionable insights to improve products and services
• Maintain the UDAAP risk inventory and conduct regulatory research to mitigate consumer-harm exposures
• Implement process improvements using automation and AI to enhance compliance operations and risk management

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of compliance or related experience in financial services or fintech
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across teams
• Experience in data analysis and complaints handling is a bonus
