Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working with a team of experienced compliance professionals, the full-time Compliance Analyst will perform Level 2 analysis and adjudication of escalated alerts and cases, prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and assist in the development of the compliance program, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations of customer activity to determine reporting requirements in accordance with AML regulations
• Draft and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for submission
• Perform blockchain analysis and analyze customer data to assess compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or international equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in financial services, law enforcement, or compliance
• Knowledge of virtual currencies and blockchain tracing/analytics tools
• Familiarity with AML/BSA and Sanctions regulations
• Proficiency in Google Suite Applications and comfort with technology-forward environments
