Job Summary

Supporting compliance activities across the People Operations function, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will manage pay transparency and equity reporting, global mobility compliance, background screening, and legal entity management while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and track global legislative changes related to pay transparency and equity reporting, maintaining compliance calendars and filing records
  • Administer the background screening program, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and managing vendor relationships
  • Coordinate compliance obligations across the entity portfolio, tracking employer registration requirements and statutory filings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
  • 3-6+ years of experience in HR compliance or People Operations, with exposure to at least two compliance domains
  • Familiarity with pay transparency or pay equity reporting requirements in at least one jurisdiction
  • Prior experience supporting compliance activities across multiple countries or jurisdictions
  • Strong proficiency in data management and reporting, particularly with HR and compensation data
