Job Summary
Supporting the full spectrum of compliance activities across People Operations, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will manage regulatory tracking, execute compliance workflows, and maintain accurate records while producing data and analysis for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and track global legislative requirements for pay transparency and pay equity reporting, maintaining a compliance calendar and coordinating submissions
- Support global mobility compliance by managing employee relocations and ensuring adherence to immigration, tax, and employment laws
- Administer the background screening program, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and managing vendor relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
- 3-6+ years of experience in HR compliance or People Operations with exposure to at least two compliance domains
- Familiarity with pay transparency or pay equity reporting requirements in at least one jurisdiction
- Prior experience supporting compliance activities across multiple countries or jurisdictions
- Strong proficiency in data management and reporting, particularly with HR and compensation data
