Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a dynamic PBM regulatory landscape, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will assist in implementing a compliance program, focusing on remediation of non-compliance issues and collaborating with various stakeholders to mitigate organizational risks.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and enhance corrective action processes, assessing and prioritizing referrals
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to perform root cause analyses and identify prevention opportunities
• Develop program documentation and ensure timely completion of corrective actions by business partners

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, compliance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of four years of compliance experience at a PBM or health plan
• Preferred certifications: CHC, CHPC, or CCEP
• Strong understanding of compliance program elements and PBM-related healthcare operations
• Familiarity with ERISA, ACA, and Medicare regulations preferred
