Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Compliance Analyst will ensure that products, processes, and customer interactions meet regulatory standards, focusing on complaints management, UDAAP program support, and process improvement through automation and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze customer complaints to identify patterns and provide actionable insights for product improvement
• Support UDAAP program management by maintaining risk inventories and conducting regulatory research
• Implement process improvements using automation and AI to enhance compliance operations and risk management

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of compliance or related experience in financial services or fintech
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across teams
