Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analyst support for compliance activities, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, interpret Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and manage compliance incidents while supporting the organization's compliance function.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the compliance function and facilitate required reporting
• Interpret and analyze Medicare, Medicaid, and MMP reporting requirements, creating key performance indicator reports
• Manage compliance incidents and corrective action plans while leading complex compliance-related projects

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of compliance and/or audit-related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks and documentation review skills
• Data analysis skills with the ability to generate reports
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a cross-functional organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
