Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Compliance Analyst, the successful candidate will ensure that products, processes, and customer interactions adhere to regulatory standards while managing complaints, supporting UDAAP program management, and implementing process improvements through AI and automation.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complaints by analyzing patterns, delivering trend analysis, and crafting responses to regulatory inquiries
• Support UDAAP program management by maintaining risk inventories, conducting regulatory research, and reviewing processes for compliance risks
• Identify and implement process improvements using automation and AI to enhance compliance operations and risk management

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of compliance or related experience in financial services or fintech
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across teams
• Experience in data analysis and complaints handling is a bonus
