Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting several U.S. Global Servicing Business Units, the full-time Compliance Analyst will provide compliance advisory, conduct risk assessments, and oversee compliance issue management activities while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Track and validate compliance issue management activities to ensure timely resolution of identified risks
- Analyze compliance data and trends to identify emerging risks and prepare reporting for management
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support compliance initiatives and regulatory change management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend solutions
- Experience preparing reports and dashboards for management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
