Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting several U.S. Global Servicing Business Units, the full-time Compliance Analyst will provide compliance advisory, conduct risk assessments, and oversee regulatory change initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage compliance risks.

Key responsibilities

• Track and validate compliance issue management activities to ensure timely resolution of compliance risks
• Analyze compliance data and trends to identify emerging risks and prepare reporting for management
• Assist in compliance monitoring and risk assessments to evaluate adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related field
• Experience analyzing data and preparing reports or dashboards for management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
