Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting several U.S. Global Servicing Business Units, the full-time Compliance Analyst will provide compliance advisory services, assist in compliance risk assessments, and manage compliance issue resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Track and validate compliance issue management activities to ensure timely execution and resolution of compliance risks
- Analyze compliance data and trends to identify emerging risks and prepare reporting for management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support compliance initiatives and regulatory change management efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related field
- Experience analyzing data and preparing reports or dashboards for management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
