Job Summary
As a full-time remote Compliance Analyst, the successful candidate will ensure that products, processes, and customer interactions adhere to regulatory standards while managing complaints, supporting UDAAP program management, and implementing process improvements through AI and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and analyze customer complaints to identify trends and provide actionable insights for product improvement
- Support UDAAP program management by maintaining risk inventories and conducting regulatory research
- Implement process improvements using automation and AI to enhance compliance operations and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of compliance or related experience in financial services or fintech
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across teams
- Experience in data analysis and complaints handling is a plus
