Job Summary
As a full-time remote Compliance Analyst, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards by managing complaints, supporting UDAAP program management, and implementing process improvements through AI and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer complaints to identify patterns and provide actionable insights for product improvement
- Assist in maintaining the UDAAP risk inventory and conduct regulatory research to ensure compliance with evolving laws
- Implement process improvements leveraging automation and AI to enhance compliance operations and risk management
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of compliance or related experience in financial services or fintech
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across teams
- Experience in data analysis and complaints handling is a plus
