Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting operational integrity and risk management for Life Sciences accounts, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will administer work order management processes, maintain compliance systems, and facilitate training sessions to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Administer AAE work order management processes, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs
- Maintain and update CMMS to ensure data integrity and compliance with client protocols
- Support internal and external compliance audits and facilitate compliance training for operational staff
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related functions
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to Life Sciences, such as FDA and GMP
- Experience with CMMS platforms in compliance-critical environments
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions
