Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Personal Trading division, the contract Compliance Analyst will manage compliance tasks, document activities, and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations while working fully remotely within the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares and updates compliance tracking tools to ensure open issues are resolved
- Completes compliance tasks and projects as directed by Compliance Team leadership
- Communicates with users to gather necessary data for compliance activities
Required Qualifications
- University degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in compliance within financial services, preferably trading
- Proficient in Excel, including basic formulas such as vlookup
- Knowledge of compliance software like StarCompliance or similar
