Job Summary
To assist in implementing a highly-effective compliance program, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will focus on remediating non-compliance issues and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance corrective action processes and mitigate organizational risks.
Key responsibilities
- Design and enhance corrective action processes while assessing and prioritizing referrals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to perform root cause analysis and ensure timely completion of corrective actions
- Develop program documentation and identify opportunities for risk mitigation within the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, compliance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of four years of compliance experience in a PBM or health plan environment
- Preferred certifications: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
- Strong understanding of the seven elements of a compliance program and familiarity with PBM-related healthcare operations
- Working knowledge of external audit functions and healthcare compliance program corrective actions
