Job Summary
Supporting the international compliance initiatives, the full-time Compliance Analyst will coordinate strategic projects, manage documentation, and enhance Financial Crimes Compliance practices while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives and projects across international markets to deliver key FCC priorities
- Develop and manage project plans, action trackers, and governance documentation to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives and remediation activities
- Prepare executive presentations and reporting to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership, auditors, and regulators
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crimes Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields within financial services
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across countries and business units
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications such as CAMS or project management preferred
