Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the evolution of international financial crime compliance initiatives, the full-time Compliance Analyst will coordinate strategic projects, manage governance documentation, and enhance third-party risk oversight while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives and projects across international markets to deliver key FCC priorities
• Develop and manage project plans, action trackers, and governance documentation to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives
• Prepare executive presentations and reporting to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and regulators

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crimes Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields within financial services
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting cross-functional or international projects
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant professional certifications preferred
