Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting international compliance initiatives, the full-time Compliance Analyst will coordinate strategic projects, manage documentation, and enhance governance processes while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives and projects across international markets
• Develop and manage project plans, action trackers, and governance documentation for timely delivery
• Prepare executive presentations and reporting to communicate progress and risks to senior leadership

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crimes Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields within financial services
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and experience with governance documentation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications preferred
