Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure effective risk mitigation within Global Sanctions, the full-time Compliance Analyst will independently test controls, collaborate with business units, and support risk assessment processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently test controls owned by Global Sanctions and verify risk mitigation strength
• Collaborate with Control Management teams to ensure first-line controls effectively mitigate Sanctions Risk
• Develop and oversee reporting to ensure model requirements consistently meet defined thresholds

Required qualifications

• Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations and requirements
• 2+ years of Financial Crimes (Sanctions) experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional qualification preferred
• Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA)/Risk Assessment preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-intensive environment
