Job Summary
To support the Global Sanctions team, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage control testing and risk assessment processes, ensuring effective risk mitigation and compliance with sanctions regulations while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently test controls owned by Global Sanctions to verify risk mitigation effectiveness
- Collaborate with business unit Control Management teams to ensure proper mitigation of Sanctions Risk through first-line controls
- Develop and oversee reporting to ensure compliance with model requirements and support remediation activities for Sanctions-related events
Required qualifications
- Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations and requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) or related fields
- Experience with Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA), or Risk Assessment preferred
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification such as CAMS Certification
- Project management experience is a plus
