Job Summary
To ensure effective risk mitigation within Global Sanctions, the full-time Compliance Analyst will independently test controls, collaborate with business units, and support risk assessment activities while working onsite in Charlotte, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Independently test controls owned by Global Sanctions and act as a liaison to verify risk mitigation strength
- Collaborate with business unit Control Management teams to ensure first-line controls effectively mitigate Sanctions Risk
- Develop and oversee reporting to ensure model requirements meet defined thresholds consistently
Required qualifications
- Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations and requirements
- 2+ years of Financial Crimes (Sanctions) experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred (Law Degree, Compliance/AML Diploma, CAMS Certification)
- Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Assessment preferred
- Ability to work independently in a complex matrix environment
