Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations and company policies, the full-time Compliance Analyst will interpret regulatory requirements, support the development of compliance procedures, and manage documentation for audits while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Interpret and apply U.S. Government regulations to supply chain activities, including FAR/DFARS and export controls
• Review customer contracts to identify and flow down supply chain-related obligations to suppliers and subcontractors
• Maintain compliance documentation and participate in internal and external audits related to procurement activities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance within a defense contractor or highly regulated industry
• Working knowledge of U.S. Government contracting regulations, particularly FAR/DFARS
• Experience supporting audits and internal controls testing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulations and provide practical guidance
