Job Summary
To support a comprehensive sanctions program, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage risk assessments, oversee reporting, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with U.S. and international sanctions regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Connect laws, rules, and regulations to current controls, identifying areas for enhancement within Global Sanctions processes
- Partner with the GFCC Issue Management team to support remediation activities for sanctions-related events
- Independently test controls and verify risk mitigation effectiveness while coordinating resolution activities for Global Sanctions-owned events
Required qualifications
- Significant understanding of U.S. and International Sanctions regulations and requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
- Experience with Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Assessment preferred
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred (e.g., Law Degree, Compliance/AML Diploma)
- Project management experience is a plus
