Job Summary
To support the Global Sanctions program, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage risk assessment processes, ensure compliance with U.S. and international sanctions regulations, and collaborate with various teams to enhance control measures and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Connect Laws, Rules, and Regulations to current controls mitigating risk for Global Sanctions processes and identify areas for enhancement
- Partner with teams to support remediation activities and ensure model validation requirements are met for Sanctions processes
- Independently test controls owned by Global Sanctions and coordinate resolution activities for all Sanctions-owned events
Required qualifications
- Significant understanding of U.S. and International Sanctions regulations and requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
- Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA)/Risk Assessment preferred
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional qualification preferred (e.g., Law Degree, Compliance/AML Diploma)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment
