Job Summary
To support the Global Sanctions team, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage sanctions risk mitigation, oversee control frameworks, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Connect laws, rules, and regulations to current controls to enhance risk mitigation for Global Sanctions processes
- Partner with teams to support remediation activities and validate models related to sanctions processes
- Independently test controls and coordinate resolution activities for Global Sanctions-owned events
Required qualifications
- Significant understanding of U.S. and International Sanctions regulations
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
- Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Assessment preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a complex environment
