Job Summary
To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage sanctions-related activities, serve as the primary escalation point for likely sanctions matches, and conduct investigations to mitigate risks associated with OFAC regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Track and analyze escalations related to sanctions matches and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Conduct investigations for sanctions oversight processes and prepare necessary compliance reports
- Provide subject matter expertise on sanctions regulations and recommend corrective actions for compliance issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sanctions compliance, AML, financial crimes, or risk management within a regulated environment
- Basic understanding of U.S. sanctions regulations (OFAC) and global sanctions frameworks
- Experience conducting investigations and analyzing complex information for risk-based decision-making
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
