Job Summary

To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage sanctions-related activities, including analyzing escalations, conducting investigations, and providing subject matter expertise on OFAC regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for sanctions match reviews and track all escalations to ensure SLA compliance
  • Conduct investigations for sanctions oversight processes and analyze account activities to mitigate risks
  • Provide support for compliance reporting and identify regulatory issues, recommending corrective actions as needed
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sanctions compliance, AML, or related investigations within a financial institution
  • Basic understanding of U.S. sanctions regulations (OFAC) and global sanctions frameworks
  • Experience conducting investigations and making risk-based decisions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
