Job Summary
To support compliance efforts, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will perform BSA/AML duties, including transaction monitoring and generating compliance reports, while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze suspicious activity and monitor compliance with BSA and U.S. Patriot Act regulations
- Oversee the compliance training program for new employees and ensure adherence to KYC/CIP requirements
- Develop and implement policies for compliance with applicable state and federal laws relating to AML and OFAC
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1+ years of experience with transaction monitoring systems in AML compliance or related fields
- Prior experience in AML, OFAC, Fraud, and Risk Management
- In-depth understanding of compliance testing methodology and risk analysis
- Related certifications (CRCM, CAMS, or similar) are a plus
