Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting key business operations, the remote Compliance Analyst will evaluate workplace compliance programs, identify areas of risk, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen employment-related practices in a temporary capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze employment-related policies and operational practices for regulatory compliance and organizational risk
- Conduct compliance reviews and provide actionable recommendations for adherence to labor and employment requirements
- Prepare and present risk assessments and compliance reports to senior management
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in employment, labor, or human resources compliance assessments within a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment regulations; knowledge of Canadian laws is a plus
- Background supporting large organizations with complex structures
- Proven ability to evaluate compliance vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering findings to executive leadership
