Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve advertising, marketing, and other communications for compliance with industry regulations and business practices
• Assist with fraud investigations and prepare summaries with recommended resolutions
• Contribute to the development of new compliance programs and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Risk management degree or 2+ years of regulatory, legal, securities, insurance, or advertising compliance experience
• Proficiency using MS Office tools and Google Docs Editors / Drive
• General knowledge of life insurance products, laws, regulations, and rules
• Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, marketing, pre-law, or relevant field, or equivalent education and experience
