Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst for their Retirement segment in the Sponsor Support department.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure reports are properly generated according to retirement plan provisions
Calculate complex employer matching contributions
Analyze and reconcile reporting related to non-discrimination testing

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
5-7+ years working in a financial services operation's environment
5+ years working in Defined Contribution plan administration
Prior experience reading and interpreting 401k Retirement Plan Documents
ASPAA Certificate preferred but not required
