Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst for their Retirement segment in the Sponsor Support department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure reports are properly generated according to retirement plan provisions
• Calculate complex employer matching contributions
• Analyze and reconcile reporting related to non-discrimination testing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7+ years working in a financial services operation's environment
• 5+ years working in Defined Contribution plan administration
• Prior experience reading and interpreting 401k Retirement Plan Documents
• ASPAA Certificate preferred but not required
