Compliance Analyst - Customer Due Diligence

Job Summary

Supporting key governance projects, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Customer Due Diligence will manage global initiatives, enhance CDD processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance projects related to Guardian and Regulatory requests through effective stakeholder management
• Manage global initiatives, including KYC standards gap assessments and implementation, ensuring alignment across markets
• Review and assess existing KYC policies and procedures against regulatory requirements and internal standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or financial crimes compliance
• Minimum of 2+ years in BSA-AML, compliance, risk management, or audit roles
• Bachelor's degree required
• Familiarity with KYC operations and customer lifecycle management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
