Job Summary

Driving enhancements to Customer Due Diligence processes, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Customer Due Diligence will manage key governance projects and global initiatives while collaborating across markets and functions to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance projects aligned with regulatory requests and manage global initiatives for KYC standards implementation
• Develop subject matter expertise in the end-to-end CDD program and review existing KYC policies for compliance
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on KYC programs, ensuring timely risk mitigation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or financial crimes compliance
• Minimum of 2+ years in BSA-AML, risk management, or audit roles
• Proven ability to synthesize insights from large data sets to drive strategic implementation
• Familiarity with KYC operations and customer lifecycle management systems
• Bachelor's degree required
