Job Summary

Driving enhancements to Customer Due Diligence processes, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Customer Due Diligence will manage key governance projects, support global initiatives, and develop subject matter expertise while working collaboratively across markets and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance-related projects aligned with regulatory requests and business objectives
• Manage global initiatives, including KYC standards gap assessments and implementation
• Review and assess existing KYC policies and procedures against regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or financial crimes compliance
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in BSA-AML, compliance, risk management, or audit
• Ability to synthesize insights from large data sets to drive strategic opportunities
• Familiarity with KYC operations and related technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
