Job Summary
Supporting key governance projects, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Customer Due Diligence will manage global initiatives, enhance CDD processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support governance-related projects in alignment with regulatory requests and stakeholder management
- Manage global initiatives, including KYC standards gap assessments and implementation across markets
- Review and assess existing KYC policies and procedures against regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or financial crimes compliance
- Minimum of 2 years in BSA-AML, compliance, risk management, or audit roles
- Ability to synthesize insights from large data sets to drive strategic implementation
- Familiarity with KYC operations and related technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
