Compliance Analyst - Customer Due Diligence

Job Summary

Supporting global initiatives, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Customer Due Diligence will manage key governance projects, enhance CDD processes, and collaborate with teams across markets to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance projects related to Guardian and regulatory requests through effective stakeholder management
• Conduct gap assessments and implement KYC standards while ensuring alignment across markets and functions
• Review and assess existing KYC policies and procedures against regulatory requirements and internal standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or strategy development
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BSA-AML, financial crimes compliance, or related fields
• Strong understanding of KYC operations and customer lifecycle management
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
