Job Summary

Supporting key governance projects, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Customer Due Diligence will manage global initiatives, conduct KYC standards assessments, and develop expertise in the CDD program while collaborating across markets and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance projects aligned with regulatory requests and stakeholder management
• Manage global initiatives for KYC standards assessment and implementation, ensuring timely risk mitigation
• Review and assess KYC policies and procedures against regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or financial crimes compliance
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in BSA-AML, compliance, risk management, or audit
• Familiarity with KYC operations and customer lifecycle management systems
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree required
