Job Summary
Supporting key governance projects, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Customer Due Diligence will manage global initiatives related to KYC standards, assess existing policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations while collaborating across markets and functions.
Key responsibilities
- Support governance projects aligned with Guardian and regulatory requests through stakeholder management
- Manage global initiatives for KYC standards gap assessment and implementation, ensuring timely risk mitigation
- Review and assess KYC policies and procedures against internal and external regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or financial crimes compliance
- Minimum of 2+ years in BSA-AML, compliance, risk management, or audit
- Proven ability to synthesize insights from large amounts of information for strategic implementation
- Familiarity with KYC operations and customer lifecycle management systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
