Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Program through audit, monitoring, and corrective action management
• Collaborate with high-risk areas to ensure effective compliance program execution
• Conduct risk assessments and assist in the development of compliance policies and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of five years of compliance and/or regulatory experience, preferably with Government Program products
• Experience in corporate compliance, internal or external audit, or similar functions is preferred
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) is preferred
• Current clinical licensure may be desired for clinical-focused positions
