Compliance Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst II to support regulatory compliance and risk management across Medicaid and Medicare Advantage programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client and government audits by gathering documentation and coordinating follow-through
• Develop, maintain, and update compliance policies and procedures
• Perform internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, compliance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare compliance, Medicaid, Medicare, or related areas
• Working knowledge of audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans (CAPs)
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them operationally
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
